• Experience as a Class 2 driver is preferred.
• Must have flexibility for start times between 05.00 - 06.00.
• Ability to self-manage and use initiative.

• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

Job description

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Class 2 multi-drop delivery drivers to join our successful team at a well-known Distribution Centre based out of Ayleshford. These roles will appeal to an individual who loves working in a team to deliver exceptional service.

Shifts are Monday to Friday. Hourly rate is £18 per hour, Saturday will be paid at £22 per hour.

Start times between 05.00 - 06.00, flexibility is required, minimum 8h paid.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Company vehicles and operate Company equipment in a safe and proper manner in accordance with Company Policies, procedures, and legislation.

Assist the loading operation in movement of vehicles onto bays. Provide excellent customer service at all times and to take ownership of customer issues on delivery.Responsible for the accurate, timely movement and delivery of our customers' products.

Picking orders at the point of delivery following the invoice and unloading the vehicle.

Carry out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to the operation of any vehicle, reporting any defects immediately.

This role ability to self-manage and use initiative for solving problems.

Adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times
