Warburtons Enfield bakery is seeking a Class 2 Multi‑Drop Driver to join our busy distribution team. You’ll load your own vehicle, deliver to multiple customers daily, and follow delivery notes or an onboard device to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries from our Brimsdown site near North London.

We offer a 6‑week induction, early starts around 03:30, and a rotating 5‑day pattern including weekends. You’ll need a full UK driving licence with Class C, and a Driver CPC to join a proud,

Responsibilities

• Deliver to multiple customers daily and act as an ambassador for the Warburtons brand.
• Load your own vehicle with baked goods from depot or on the move.
• Use delivery notes or an onboard device to ensure accurate, complete deliveries.
• Report faults on defect forms and relay vehicle issues as needed.
• Work a defined rotating 5-day pattern, including weekends (~43 hours/week).
• Maintain top‑notch service and professional relationships with customers.

The Recipe

• You’ll receive a 6‑week induction and support from our in‑house driver training team.
• You’ll be an early riser—shifts start around 03:30 (some patterns may vary). The upside? Your afternoons are all yours.
• You’ll enjoy plenty of autonomy. You’ll be given delivery notes (or an electronic device), from which you’ll accurately pick the orders and load your own vehicle with our baked goods—either at the depot or on the move.
• To help keep your day smooth and safe, knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and transport legislation (Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, Highway Code, etc.) will be key in order to relay faults on defect forms.
• Once your route for the day is loaded into your onboard computer, you’re off!
• You’ll deliver to multiple customers daily (they’re like family to us), so top‑notch service, strong relationships, and professionalism are a must. This includes being able to manage difficult conversations in a calm manner and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
• You’ll work a defined rotating 5‑day pattern, including weekends. That’s 43 hours a week, though some weeks may be less. All of which will hopefully help you to plan your life around work more easily.
