Job description

Driver Hire Winchester is recruiting for a Class 2 (Cat C) Driver on behalf of our client, delivering drinks and snacks to airport lounges. This role offers the chance to join a well-established business with the opportunity to secure a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The Role:

• Delivering goods to airport lounges using a Class 2 vehicle


• Start times between 7:00am and 8:30am


• Monday to Friday working schedule


• Goods are delivered on cages, with the support of a driver's mate


• Due to the delivery location, successful applicants must pass a DBS and airport security check

Requirements:

• Full UK Cat C (Class 2) licence


• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card


• No points or endorsements on licence


• Minimum 5 years of continuous employment history for security vetting


• Own transport for commuting


• Good communication and customer service skills


• Physically fit and happy to assist with manual handling


• Experience preferred but newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply
