We’re looking for

Class 2 drivers to join us at our site, working Monday to Friday day shifts in Chepstow. No weekends or bank holidays, starting at 06:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

You’ll be supporting us with one of our brand-new contracts working on the day shift. The roles involve multi-drop deliveries of business and commercial supplies to customers at various locations. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive OTE rate of £37,745 plus benefits including ongoing learning with XPO University, Pension, free uniform, and savings and benefits.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Making deliveries to commercial and residential properties and sites to a specified room
  • Delivering white goods
  • 5-15 drops a day depending on location
  • Operating a Cat C Vehicle
  • Handling a variety of different products
  • Knowing your work pattern weeks in advance
  • Full manual handling training will be provided

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • You must be physically fit as deliveries can be somewhat heavy
  • Cat C Licence (with no more than 6 penalty points or DD, DR, TT, IN endorsement codes)
  • Previous experience is preferred but full training can be provided
  • You will be working at customer sites making complex deliveries, so previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential
