Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting Class 2 drivers for a prestigious logistics client in Normanton. The temp-to-perm opportunity starts on day shifts at £15.21 per hour and night shifts at £17.24, with full training provided and weekly pay.

You will work in two-person delivery crews, handling multi-drop deliveries, installing and collecting specialist equipment, and performing safety checks. A valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and good UK road knowledge are required, along

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
• Good knowledge of the UK road network.
• Strong customer service and physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries and collections between customer locations.
• Deliver, install and collect specialist equipment (Peloton bikes, Coca-Cola vending machines).
• Complete vehicle safety checks before each shift.
• Use handheld scanners and complete delivery documentation accurately.

Normanton. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global logistics leader on a specialist contract, with full training provided and the potential for a permanent position.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a two-person delivery crew, you’ll be responsible for:

• Multi-drop deliveries and collections between customer locations
• Delivering, installing and collecting specialist equipment, including Peloton bikes and Coca-Cola vending machines
• Completing vehicle safety checks before each shift
• Using handheld scanners and completing delivery documentation accurately
• Driving safely and in line with all legal and company requirements

No previous specialist delivery experience is required - full training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid Driver CPC
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• A good level of physical fitness, as heavy lifting is involved
