Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd on behalf of Manpower UK seeks a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver for night shifts in Cranbrook. This temporary driving role runs from September to around end of April 2027, with a guaranteed 42.5-hour week and a nightly supplement.

You will conduct multi‑drop deliveries to farms and commercial premises, uphold client standards and safety, and hold ADR Class 2, Class C, Digi and DCPC cards with tachograph knowledge and a DBS check.

Qualifications

• Digi card and DCPC card required.
• Familiarity with driving hours legislation and tachographs.
• DBS check required.

Job description

Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver – Nights – Cranbrook is a temporary driving role with Manpower UK, based in Cranbrook.

Pay

• £19.41 per hour for a guaranteed 42.5‑hour week.
• Overtime and weekend shifts paid at £29.12.
• £20 nightly supplement and £7.75 London weighting allowance per shift.
• Yearly bonuses up to £1,000 every 6 months.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 ADR licence and Class C driving licence.
• Digi card, DCPC card.

• Successful candidates require a DBS check.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• No DD or DR convictions in last year.
• Relevant HGV experience.

Other Information

The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependent). Working Wednesday to Sunday from around 3pm, you will receive a nightly supplement and London weighting allowance per shift. The position is temporary.
