Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for a Class 2 ADR driver to join our client’s team in Saxham, near Bury St Edmunds. The role offers competitive pay (£18.29 per hour) with a guaranteed 42.5 hours per week and overtime rates. 28 days holiday, weekend overtime, and bonuses are included.

Training and PPE provided. Shifts start between 3pm and 6pm, with various patterns available. Full on-site role with free parking and comprehensive training, starting in October and running through April 2027, weather

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Saxham in Bury St Edmunds and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn £18.29 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £27.44 Weekends paid at £27.44 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Night Bonus - £20 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months and £1,000 Retention Bonus!

Flexible Shifts: Various shifts patterns available starting between 3pm and 6pm. All weekend shifts paid at overtime

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service.

• Multi drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in tanks - Training is available for some candidates who do not have ADR!
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in October and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
