Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a Class 2 ADR driver for a role based near Cranbrook. The position offers competitive pay (£19.41 per hour) with a guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, plus overtime and weekend rates. London Weighting Bonus of £7.75 per shift and performance/retention bonuses are included.

Shifts start around 6am with a 5 on/2 off pattern, weekends paid at overtime. Perks include free on-site parking, PPE, and comprehensive training.

Job description

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Cranbrook and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £29.12 Weekends paid at £29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

London Weighting Bonus: £7.75 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 performance bonus every 6 months Plus £1,000 Retention Bonus!

Flexible Shifts: 5 on 2 off shift patterns starting at around 6am. All weekend shifts paid at overtime

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in tanks - Some Training is available for drivers without their ADR
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in October and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
