Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Class 2 (LGV C) driver for ongoing Monday to Friday work in Irlam. The role involves delivering cylinders and packs across an established route, with emphasis on load security, safe handling of cash, and adherence to ISO 9000 quality systems.

Responsibilities include completing paperwork, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following ADR and tachograph regulations. Experience with multi-drop deliveries and a strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold LGV C (HGV 2) licence and Driver CPC card.
• ADR with Core and Packages and UN Class 2.
• FLT licence is an advantage.
• Good health and fitness; able to undergo company medical if required.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicle on established routes to ensure efficient and safe delivery of cylinders/cylinder packs.
• Maintain load security and complete daily paperwork (checks, tachograph, receipts).
• Adhere to Safety, Health and Environment policies and Company 12 Life Saving Rules.
• Provide a satisfactory multi-drop delivery service to customers and other company depots.
• Collect payments when required and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
