Job summary

Manpower UK is hiring for a regional driver role across the South West, requiring a valid Cat C licence and DBS check. You will stay in hotels, travel to multiple depots, and receive mileage, hotel allowances, and periodical bonuses. The position includes early starts (7am) to late finishes (5pm) with some weekend shifts on a rota.

Employees get weekly hours guaranteed, seasonal overtime, and full training. Travel time is paid; comprehensive PPE is provided, along with on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence is required.
• Digi card and DCPC are essential.
• ADR licence class 2 in packaging is required.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Competitive Pay

Earn £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £29.12 Weekends paid at £29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Bonuses

up to £1000 performance bonus twice a year

Roaming Bonus

£25 per day

Shifts

Monday to Friday with some weekend shifts on a rota basis. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Regional work

The role will involve staying in hotels and working at different depots across the South West region

Travelling time to depots from your home location paid, mileage (45p per mile), hotels provided plus meal allowances.
