Manpower UK is recruiting a Class 2 ADR driver for a role in Bury Saint Edmunds. The position features guaranteed hours, a base hourly rate, and overtime with attractive weekend pay. You will perform multi-drop gas cylinder deliveries, while maintaining safety and high service standards.

Job description

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Bury Saint Edmunds and enjoy:

Competitive Pay

Earn £18.29 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £27.44. Weekends paid at £27.44. Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses

Performance-based bonus of up to £1000 twice a year.

Flexible Shifts

Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Requirements

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card ADR licence in class 2 in packages.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details

New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered.

The role is due to start immediately and will run until the end of April 2027 when it will be reviewed. For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
