Qualifications

• Digital Tachograph Card required.

Responsibilities

• Multidrop deliveries between customer sites, making collections when required.
• Safely operate vehicle adhering to business standards.
• Complete vehicle checks to ensure compliance with VOSA.

Shifts: Monday - Friday 10am starts, average 8-10 hour shift pattern
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

We're looking for full-time, Class 2 Days Drivers to join us at our site in Normanton. This role is temp to perm for the ideal candidate.

*Please note ADR is preferred but not essential*

Our client is a third-party provider of transportation and logistics services that offers a range of services from, Drayage, Global freight forwarding & Full truckload transport. The company is committed to environmental sustainability and works with customers to create action plans to reduce emissions.

What you'll do on a typical day:
· Multidrop deliveries between customer sites, making collections when required.
· Safely operate your vehicle adhering to business standards.
· Using a hand held scanner and completing relevant paperwork.
· Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA.

What you need to succeed with our client:
· HGV2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), ADR license.
· No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
· A minimum of 6 months class 1 driving experience
· Multidrop delivery experience.
· Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.
· A can-do attitude.
