Rate: PAYE Days £16.90 per hour / Nights £18.48 per hour (based on 37-hour week)

This temporary-to-permanent role offers competitive pay, flexible shifts, and the chance to join a thriving team delivering essential services across scenic rural and motorway routes.

About the Role
Based in Haverfordwest, you will deliver fresh milk to dairies, ensuring timely and professional service. Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Days: 06:00–18:00 or Nights: 18:00–06:00), this role offers a mix of rural and motorway driving, providing variety and the opportunity to showcase your expertise. After a successful 26-week temporary period, you may transition to a permanent position, subject to performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver fresh milk to dairies, meeting client deadlines.
• Navigate rural and motorway routes with confidence and care.
• Maintain clear communication with the transport team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to industry standards, including tachograph and DCPC regulations.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on best practices and compliance.
• Uphold health, safety, and customer service standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential:
  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 CE Licence, current DCPC Card, and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (proof required at interview).
  • Criminal Convictions Declaration and Confidentiality Agreement.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and meeting deadlines.
  • Confident, polite, and a strong team player with good geographical knowledge.
• Desirable:
  • Previous experience as a tanker driver or in similar logistics roles.
  • Familiarity with rural and motorway routes in Wales.
