Pay from £16.50 to £20.63 per hour | Day Shifts | Ad Hoc / Temp Work

Driver Hire Taunton is currently looking for experienced and reliable Class 1 Shunter Drivers for ad hoc and temporary work based around Castle Cary. If you're flexible and confident in yard shunting, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

Role: Class 1 Shunter (yard-based work)

Location: Castle Cary and surrounding areas

Shifts: Day shifts only (ad hoc/cover work as required)

Pay: £16.50 - £20.63 per hour (dependent on shift and assignment)

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

Current CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

Previous shunting or Class 1 experience preferred

Flexible and reliable approach to work

Good understanding of vehicle movements and site safety
