Job summary

Generations People in Chesterfield seeks experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a fast-paced pallet network operation. This stable Monday–Friday night role returns to base each shift with no nights out.You will load and move palletised freight safely, liaise with depot teams and maintain top customer service. A Class 1 license with Driver CPC and 2+ years of Class 1 experience are essential; pallet network exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Licence (required).
• Driver CPC (required).
• Minimum 2+ years Class 1 experience — essential.
• Pallet network experience preferred (not essential).
• Professional, reliable and safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure and move palletised freight safely.
• Work within a busy pallet network environment.
• Liaise professionally with depot and hub teams.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a professional manner.
• Complete all driving and delivery paperwork accurately.
• Represent the company with safety, reliability and care.
