Job summary

Pollock Scotrans Ltd is seeking a delivery driver to operate curtain side trailers, delivering palletised goods and handling collections. You will load, strap, and secure loads and perform daily safety checks to maintain high vehicle reliability.

The role includes a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with a day/night rate structure and overtime opportunities. Night shift comes with a premium and extensive company benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use a curtain side trailer to deliver palletised goods and carry out other general palletised goods deliveries and collections.
• Ensure goods are loaded and secured correctly to prevent shifting or damage.
• Perform comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks.
• Stay in regular communication with transport team and customers.
• Participate in regular training sessions and ongoing development.
