Job Overview

Pure Staff is recruiting for a Class 1 Night Driver role in Tewkesbury. This is a temporary position with immediate start, working for a family-run business that distributes fresh milk and dairy products across the UK. The company has a reputation for treating drivers well.

Pay Rates

£17 per hour on days (Monday to Friday, PAYE only). Holiday pay is paid separately. Candidates do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

Responsibilities

• Trunking to RDCs
• Store deliveries of cages
• Flexibility to work different contracts
• Manual handling as required

Candidate Requirements

• Valid HGV C+E Class 1 driving license
• 6 months experience preferred but not essential
• Valid CPC card
• Valid Digital Tachograph card
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Shift Details

Start times vary between 04:00 and 08:00. Shifts can be long, averaging 10-12 hours, in compliance with tachograph law.
