Job summary

Corus Consultancy is seeking a reliable Class 1 Night Driver to join our client’s busy home delivery team across the UK. You will operate a Class 1 vehicle in a two-person crew and deliver furniture and large goods directly to customers' homes.

The role emphasises safe driving, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Night shifts, weekend work, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training are provided to support your development.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Knowledge of UK road transport regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle in line with all road transport legislation.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
• Deliver goods to customers' homes safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Load and unload heavy and bulky items with your delivery partner.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and use delivery management systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every delivery.
• Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and roadworthy.

Are you a reliable and customer-focused Class1 looking for your next opportunity? Our client, based in Bristol, is seeking a professional Class 1 to join their busy home delivery team. Working as part of a two-person crew, you\'ll be delivering furniture, electrical goods, appliances, and other household products directly to customers\' homes. This is a physically active role that combines safe driving, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

The Role

• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle in line with all road transport legislation.


• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.


• Deliver goods to customers\' homes safely, efficiently, and on time.


• Load and unload heavy and bulky items with your delivery partner.

What We\'re Looking For Essential:
