Job summary

Hayton Coulthard Transport, based near Lesmahagow, is seeking a UK Class 1 Driver to deliver palletised goods to retail stores across the UK. You will load and secure shipments with straps and nets, perform daily vehicle safety checks, and stay in regular contact with the transport team to meet customer expectations.

This 4on/4off night-shift role runs 19:00–07:00 with a strong emphasis on safety and service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Confident, polite, and a team player.
• Fit, flexible, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay ahead with the latest industry standards and best practices.
