Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking experienced HGV Night Drivers for a role based in Redditch. Night shifts start at 6:00pm, with ongoing routes and varied deliveries across the UK.

Successful candidates will hold a Class 1 licence, CPC and tachograph cards, and have solid night driving experience. Responsibilities include safe driving, handling deliveries, and accurate documentation while maintaining a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV/LGV licence (Class 1).
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• A minimum of 12 months of recent driving experience (preferred).
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK road network.

Responsibilities

• Carry out deliveries and collections in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
• Ensure all transport and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Comply with all company procedures and current UK driving regulations.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards clients and colleagues.
• Perform vehicle checks and report any defects in accordance with company policy.

• Pay Rate: £16.65 per hour
