Job Details

Position: Class 1 Moffett Driver

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Shift Details:

• 2 or 3 nights out per week preferred
• Night start time: 15:00 - 19:00
• Sunday night shifts can start any time from 09:00

Responsibilities

• Make punctual deliveries to stores, distribution centres, and building sites
• Perform a variety of tasks including double man work, Moffett work, trunk work, curtain side, boxed trailer, occasional tail lift, and handball
• Drive Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Follow company policies, procedures, and traffic regulations
• Maintain a positive 'can do' attitude and professional manner
• Flexibility to do nights out

Requirements

• Valid UK Category C+E licence
• UK CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum of 2 years experience driving C+E vehicles
• Maximum of six penalty points with no major endorsements
• Experience with general haulage work and Moffett operation is desirable

Training Provided

• Written and driving assessments if required
• Industry-related training and ongoing support
