Bulkhaul is seeking an experienced LGV Class 1 Driver to join our Purfleet team. You will transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the UK, with 2–3 overnight stays per week depending on business needs.

A valid LGV Class One license, Driver CPC, and ADR for hazardous goods are required, along with a digital tachograph card and safe loading/unloading procedures. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with overtime, a pension scheme, paid holidays and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Must hold LGV Class One (C+E) license enabling operation of large goods vehicles.
• Driver CPC training with DQC; ongoing CPC training essential.
• ADR training for hazardous liquids transport.
• Digital tachograph card is required.
• Prior bulk liquids transport experience is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads and routing; plan compliant journeys.
• Must meet physical requirements for long hours and loading/unloading.

Responsabilités

• Transport bulk liquids, gases and powders across the UK.
• Perform daily vehicle and trailer safety checks.
• Complete delivery notes and compliance paperwork.
• Load/unload bulk liquids per company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site staff.
• Manage driving times and comply with tachograph rules.
