Bulkhaul is recruiting a full-time Class 1 LGV Driver for Newport. You will transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers, with 2–3 overnight stays weekly. Night-outs vary; you’ll maintain safety checks, complete paperwork, and ensure compliant loading/unloading procedures.

Role requires 12 months Class 1 experience, LGV/C+E, Driver CPC, ADR for hazardous liquids, and a digital tachograph card. Benefits include overtime, pension, death in service, and paid holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Must hold LGV Class One (C+E) licence and Driver CPC.
• ADR license for hazardous liquids is required.
• Digital tachograph card is required.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport bulk liquids, gases and powders across the UK, complying with road safety rules.
• Carry out daily vehicle and trailer safety checks and report issues promptly.
• Complete delivery notes and logs and maintain compliance records.
• Load/unload per company procedures and ensure tanks are cleaned between loads.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to drivers' hours, tachograph laws and health and safety guidelines.
