Job Title: Class 1 LGV C+E Driver

Salary: £19.98 p/h to £22.89 p/h

Pertemps, in partnership with the Royal Mail, is hiring Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers for the Severn Beach site. If you're seeking work, our onsite team across the country is looking for drivers to start immediately.

As a Class 1 LGV C+E Driver, after a successful assessment, you will trunk parcels and mail between depots across the Royal Mail network. The role involves manual work, with shifts offered one week in advance.

We offer competitive pay rates and a variety of start times and days to suit different preferences. Flexibility is appreciated, especially for weekend work or shifts in the afternoon into the evening or night.

Entry Requirements:

1. Hold a valid licence for at least 2 years with no more than 5 penalty points (preferably a clean licence).
2. Have a minimum of 180 days driving experience with the relevant category in the last 2 years.
3. Have no more than 10 infringements over 12 months, with no more than 6 in the same category over 6 months.
4. Be prepared to check your Digi tacho before assessment, as issues here can lead to immediate failure.
5. Be fully comfortable with manual entries on the Digi tacho.
6. No DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements accepted.
7. Be able to clear a CRB security check after registration.
