Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is seeking reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Warrington. Start times are generally between 6:00am and 8:00am, with regular work and occasional nights out.

This role offers a clear path from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidate. You will drive Class 1 vehicles, complete local/regional deliveries, perform vehicle checks, and ensure accurate delivery paperwork.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 1 HGV safely and responsibly.
• Completing local and/or regional deliveries.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Completing delivery paperwork and required documentation.
• Providing a professional service to customers.
• Following all relevant road, transport and company regulations.
