Job summary

Blue Arrow is seeking HGV Class 1 drivers for a pre-booked, ongoing role in Carlisle. Roles involve trunking parcels to Midlands hubs with 12-hour shifts, using a modern fleet and telematics.

Starting times vary 14:00–20:00, with 45-minute breaks and overtime opportunities after 8 hours. Applicants must hold a UK Class C+E licence, CPC, and a tachograph card, with at least 12 months of Class 1 experience and clean licence (no more than 6 points; no DR/DG/CD/DD/BA).

Qualifications

• Full UK Class C+E Licence required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card must be valid.
• Minimum 12 months HGV Class 1 experience.
• Licence must have no more than 6 points and not include DR/DG/CD/DD/BA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to Midlands hubs on a trunking basis.
• Operate on a pre-booked 12-hour shift pattern.
• No multi-drop requirements; follow routes via telematics.
• Maintain compliance with tachograph and driving regulations.
