About the Job:

Based in East Grinstead, our client has opened a new depot and are currently recruiting for various roles within the business. One of those Roles is a Class 1 HGV ADR Delivery Driver (Dangerous Goods Transport). For this role you would be delivering ADR Packages to and from Building Sites throughout the south and to other customers. Deliveries per day vary from 1-5, which will not include any over night stays or overly long days.

Starting at 6/7am depending on the day, and finishing mid afternoon. This job presents an amazing opportunity to grow as a driver and experience a varied role within the logistics industry. Not only this but the client has presented the right candidate with the potential to received paid training on getting a HIAB Certification (Vehicle based crane operative).

Whats on offer:

This role is Temp to Permanent starting from the minute you start, which means for 12 weeks you'll be employed through us and via a Umbrella Scheme. After which you will transfer over to the client and receive a contract of employment via PAYE.

About you:

An ideal candidate will have experience delivering in the logistics and construction industry. They will also have experience with Curtain Siders and Tail Lifts. They must also be competent in navigating and using provided Sat Nav systems and/or have a backup on their phone in the event the Sat Nav fails.

You must have an up to date CPC, Tacho, and ADR Qualification in Tankers and Packages.
