Job description

We are currently recruiting for Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers for our client based in Newton Abbot, on an ongoing basis for day shifts. This could be part-time or full-time, depending on client requirements.

Responsibilities include making deliveries to stores in Devon and Cornwall during day shifts, or collecting cages from Avonmouth / South Wales depots before returning to Newton Abbot. Drivers are expected to maintain vehicle cleanliness at the end of each shift.

Shift times typically start from 0500hrs for day shifts and 1700hrs for night shifts, if required.

Job Details:

• GBP14.62 - GBP21.94 per hour PAYE ADV for days (other PAYE models available)
• GBP15.59 - GBP23.39 per hour PAYE ADV for nights (other PAYE models available)
• Working days include Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays
• Guaranteed 8 hours pay
• Weekly pay

• Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
