Job summary

Driver Hire Belfast is currently recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and reliable driver seeking long-term employment with a well-established transport company.

You will complete trunking and distribution work across Northern Ireland, including full load deliveries to docks, distribution centres and commercial sites, ensuring loads are transported safely and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
• Current Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of transport legislation and driver hours regulations.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

Driver Hire Belfast is currently recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for long‑term employment with a well-established transport company.

Job Details

• Position: Class 1 HGV Driver (C+E)
• Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm
• Contract: Temp to Perm

The Role

You will be responsible for completing a variety of trunking and distribution work throughout Northern Ireland, including:

• Full load deliveries and collections
• Deliveries to docks, distribution centres, and commercial sites
• Ensuring loads are transported safely and delivered on time
• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with driver hours regulations
• Providing a professional and reliable service at all times
