Job summary

GI Group are recruiting a Class 1 Driver for a client based in Leamington Spa. The role involves multi-drop deliveries across England with typically two runs per shift and 4–6 drops per shift. Palletised packaging is transported, with unloading by FLT at the delivery point.

The ideal candidate holds a Class 1/LGV C+E licence entitlement, a valid CPC and Tachograph, and has a minimum of 2 years’ Class 1 experience. Insurance requires drivers over 25 years old. Training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised packaging; no handball duties; unload by FLT at delivery point.
• Ensure safe loading and vehicle checks; complete defects paperwork as required.
• Maintain compliance with driving regulations and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
