Job summary

GXO Crewe is seeking Class 1 Drivers for a full-time, permanent role supporting TJX operations. The position offers 48 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern with flexible start times between 08:00 and 14:00.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C/C+E entitlement
• DVLA Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Digital Tachograph Card essential
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No endorsements within 5 years with convictions
• Induction programme including Site induction, Manual handling, SSOW, RTITB
• Buddy shifts during initial training
• Support from compliance team to succeed day-to-day

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transporting goods between TJX sites
• Carrying out trunking and store deliveries
• Completing collections from third-party locations
• Using hand-held scanners to complete tasks
• Following planned routes to support bridge strike reduction
• Maintaining stock and seal integrity
• Carrying out pre- and post-vehicle checks
• Undertaking any other duties reasonably required as part of the role
