Job summary

Qube Recruitment is seeking Class 1 (C+E) drivers to work with Royal Mail. You will drive between Royal Mail depots, transporting letters and parcels across the country, with depot-to-depot deliveries and collections. Flexible shifts allow you to choose availability around your commitments.

Night shifts are common, offering more opportunities for flexible drivers. This role offers potential long-term, ongoing work for those who perform well and meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have used Digital Tachograph Card within the last 6 months.
• Must be flexible and willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Flexible Shifts | £21.44 - £27.75 per hour | Potential Long-Term Work

Qube Recruitment are currently recruiting Class 1 (HGV C+E) Drivers to work with Royal Mail.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 Drivers looking for flexible work, attractive rates of pay and regular depot-to-depot driving with a well-established client.

There is also potential for long-term, ongoing work for drivers who perform well and meet the client's requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Class 1 Driver working with Royal Mail, your main responsibilities will include:

• * Driving Class 1 vehicles between Royal Mail depots
• * Transporting letters and parcels around the country
• * Completing depot-to-depot deliveries and collections
• * Working primarily from depot to depot, with minimal manual handling
• * Providing your availability and choosing shifts that suit you

The work is straightforward and offers minimal manual handling, making it an attractive option for drivers who prefer to focus on driving rather than multi-drop deliveries.

DAY AND NIGHT WORK AVAILABLE

Royal Mail are currently particularly busy on night shifts, so the more flexible you are, the more shifts are available to you.

Royal Mail offers very flexible working arrangements, allowing drivers to provide their availability and choose shifts around their existing commitments.

RATES OF PAY

Royal Mail offers excellent rates of pay, with a sliding scale depending on the shift worked.

£21.44 - £27.75 per hour

Rates vary depending on the specific shift, including days and nights.
