Swift Recruitment is recruiting for a hard‑working Class 1 Driver to start ASAP near Purfleet, with lots of hours and a strong pay rate. The role offers potential permanent placement for top performers, with early pay options and a loyalty bonus.

You’ll handle local and long-distance runs, with early starts and a Monday–Friday shift pattern. The position is in Purfleet, requires valid CPC and Digi‑Tacho cards, and English communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Driver with at least 1 year of experience.
• Digi-Tacho card, CPC, and driving licence valid and in date.
• Good level of English communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Class 1 Driver with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Serve customers and manage own workload to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues.
• Carry out local drops, hub runs, long distance work; 3–7 drops daily as needed.

We require Class 1 Drivers to start ASAP near Purfleet for ongoing work. Brilliant opportunity to build a career with a very respected client, with lots of hours available and a high rate of pay up to £20.32 an hour along with an opportunity to go perm for the right candidate that proves themselves. Job Description:

• Hardworking and dedicated Class 1 Driver with a can-do attitude, who is willing to learn new things.


• Customer focused worker who's able to manage their own work to meet deadlines as well as maintaining performance standards.


• The successful Class 1 Driver must have a good level of English communication with customers and client


• Valid and in date CPC and Digi-Tacho Card


• Local drops, Hub Runs, Long distance, 3-7 drops a day. Each day varies but general feedback from all of our drivers is brilliant!

Key Requirements:

• Class 1 experience atleast 1 year


• DIGI - tacho card, CPC, Driving License all in date
