Job summary

XPO Logistics is hiring experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for night shifts at the Hatfield depot. You will join a team delivering dairy products across Central London and the South-east with guaranteed hours and a stable schedule.

You will operate on a fixed 5-from-7 shift pattern, taking advantage of CPC training, ongoing fleet improvements, and access to discounts. This role offers a supportive team and progression opportunities within XPO University.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 driving experience required.
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card up to date.
• Licence with few or no points (max 6).

Responsibilities

• Make 8–12 drops daily across Central London and the South-east.
• Work a fixed 5 from 7 shift pattern with a set start time.
• Deliver dairy products using tail lift or loading bay.

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• You will be working a fixed 5 from 7 shift pattern with a dedicated start time
• You will be delivering dairy products using a tail lift or loading bay

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
