Job summary

365 People is recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV drivers for ongoing work based in Swan Valley, Northampton with immediate starts available. The role focuses on Class 1 trunking work and a reliable, professional approach to meet year-round demand.

Shifts are 5 on, 3 off with weekend work included; start times between 21:00 and 03:00. PAYE rates £17.26–£20.62 per hour, LTD £20.00–£22.00 per hour, with immediate starts for suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive.

Responsibilities

• Class 1 trunking work.
• Regular ongoing shifts throughout the year.
• 5 on, 3 off shift pattern, weekends included.
