Job summary

A leading logistics company in Manchester is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods. Ideal candidates should hold a Class 1 licence, a full CPC card, and preferably have IPAF qualifications. The role involves loading/unloading machines, maintaining professionalism, and complying with road regulations. Competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and excellent pension offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1 licence & a full CPC Card.
• Preferably hold an IPAF 3a & 3b and an IPAF load qualification.
• Must have experience of driving a low loader and working with powered access equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload machines in accordance with company code.
• Ensure the load is secure while transporting and delivering machines.
• Carry out daily checks on the vehicle and equipment.
