Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for several Class 1 Drivers for night shifts on behalf of our national 3PL client based in STOKE. The position involves trunk runs delivering palletised parcels, with 8–12 hour shifts available and ongoing bookings a week in advance.

You will be required to carry out vehicle checks, keep the cab clean, and ensure the load is securely fastened before driving. A valid UK licence with C+E and CPC/Digital tachograph cards are required.

Qualifications

• Requires clean, professional conduct for night shifts.
• Demonstrates flexibility to cover variable nights and shifts.
• No more than 6 points on licence; no INI10, TT99 or DR10.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle checks and maintain cab cleanliness.
• Ensure the load is properly secured before driving.
• Conduct trunk runs delivering palletised parcels to customers.

• Minimal handball required
• 8-12 hour shifts
• Ongoing work (Bookings available a week in advance)

You will be required to carry out vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the cab, as well as making sure that the load is correctly secured before driving.

The Candidate

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence with C+E entitlement
• Digital tachograph and CPC cards
• Have a minimum of 6 months experience for Class 1
• Be professional at all times
• Have a flexible approach to work
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No INI10, TT99 or DR10
• A minimum of 8 hours will be paid per shift.
