Job summary

JT Recruit Ltd is seeking double deck trained HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client in Eastwood. Shifts run between 15:00 and 20:00, with start times to suit drivers; each shift lasts 10–12 hours and runs seven days a week.

This trunking role involves no multidrop, handball tasks moving cages, and requires a valid UK licence, CPC and Tachograph card; points limit 6. Long-term ongoing work with modern vehicles and up-to-date technology.

Qualifications

• Full UK Licence, CPC & Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 points for minor offences.
• A good knowledge of Transport Legislation and Tachographs.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• A history of being reliable, punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

Rates of Pay:

• £15.63 Standard Days - £23.45 Day Overtime.
• £15.92 Standard Nights - £23.88 Night Overtime.
• £23.45 Saturday Day - £23.88 Saturday Night.
• £31.26 Sunday Day - £31.84 Sunday Night
• £40.64 Bank Holidays Days - £47.76 Bank Holiday Nights.
