Job summary

Grafters Recruit Ltd in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is looking for experienced afternoon and night Class 1 drivers for trunking assignments on an ongoing basis.

Typical shifts run 8–13 hours with 9.5 hours guaranteed per shift, overtime after 8 hours, and start times between 00:00 and 15:00. Routes are depot to depot with a focus on reliability and safety. Benefits include free on-site parking, pension after 3 months, and holiday pay; weekend work is regular.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E category on your driving licence, held for 3 months
• Minimum 3 months driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Valid driver CPC
• Valid digi Tacho Card

Responsibilities

• Start times window available - 03:00-15:00 with weekend availability necessary
• LONG SHIFTS - between 8-13 hours
• 45 MIN DEDUCTION FOR BREAKS
• Each driver will be required to pass an assessment prior to induction and training
