Job summary

Grafters Recruit Ltd in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is looking for experienced afternoon and night Class 1 drivers for trunking assignments on an ongoing basis.

Typical shifts run 8–13 hours with 9.5 hours guaranteed per shift, overtime after 8 hours, and start times between 00:00 and 15:00. Routes are depot to depot with a focus on reliability and safety. Benefits include free on-site parking, pension after 3 months, and holiday pay; weekend work is regular.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E category on your driving licence, held for 3 months
• Minimum 3 months driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Valid driver CPC
• Valid digi Tacho Card

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 months driving experience

• Valid driver CPC qualified
• Valid digi Tacho Card

Pay rates as follows

Depending on your start time:

• Monday to Friday Early Start (00:00-06:00) - £18.03ph
• Monday to Friday Day - (start time window 06:00-18:00) £15.66ph
• Monday to Friday Night - (start time window 18:00-06:00) £17.64ph
• Day o/t - £19.61ph
• Night o/t - £21.98ph
• Saturday Early Start (00:00-06:00) - £23.55ph
• Sat Day (06:00-18:00) - £21.18ph
• Sat Night - £23.53ph
• Sun Day (06:00-18:00)- £23.55ph
• Sun Night - £23.55ph
• Bank Hol Days - £31.32ph

• LST £4.47 extra per day
