Job summary

ARR Craib Transport Ltd. is seeking a Class 1 Driver to carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections across the local area and beyond. You will load, secure, and unload goods, including milk cages and bakery products, with careful use of securing devices and tail-lift operations.

Role requires a UK Class 1 CE Licence, DCPC and Tachograph Card, and a strong customer service ethos. You will work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends, with ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• UK Class 1 CE Licence is required.
• Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card are required.
• Current Counterbalance licence.
• Demonstrated customer service attitude and reliability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of trailers (refrigerated, curtain sider, flatbed) for multi-drop deliveries and collections across the local area.
• Ensure loads are secure using straps and nets; perform daily vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain communication with transport team and update progress.
• Attend regular training sessions and stay compliant with industry standards.
• Cover day and night shifts, including weekends, as required.
