Job summary

Churchill Freight Services Ltd is recruiting Class 1 Drivers to join its driving team. Based in Eastleigh with depots across Chichester, Blandford, Maidenhead and Shoreham, the role involves collecting and delivering agricultural, aggregate and general freight, including bulk tipping and curtain side work.

You will typically work Monday to Friday with 3–4 nights out per week and some weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required and clean driving record.
• Full-time permanent role with 3–4 nights out weekly.
• Based in Eastleigh with depots across the South.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 vehicles for agricultural, aggregate and general freight.
• UK-based routes with bulk tipping and curtain side work.
• Night outs up to 4 per week, Mon-Fri with some weekends in summer.
• Operate from multiple depots, including Eastleigh, Chichester and Maidenhead.

Salary details: plus bonus of £50 to £100 weekly and nights-out pay up to £100 per week

Our driving team work across the Southern Counties of the UK helping our agricultural business Bartholomews Agri Food Ltd to service our farmer customers, ensuring that goods are delivered in first class condition, bulk loads are collected efficiently from farms or aggregates from third party customers. Our south coast depots include Chichester, Shoreham, Petersfield, Eastleigh, Blandford and Maidenhead.

We now have permanent, full-time openings for Class 1 Drivers with opportunity to earn a highly competitive salary plus full company benefits package.

• UK based, work will include bulk tipping and curtain side work
• Collecting and delivering agricultural, aggregate and general freight.
• 3 to 4 nights-out per week.
• Monday to Friday working week with some weekends during the Summer Harvest period (end of July to September)
• Our main operating centre is based in Chichester, West Sussex with a depots at Blandford, Eastleigh, Maidenhead and Shoreham

Highly competitive remuneration and benefits package:

£800.57 per week plus WEEKLY BONUS OF 10% of vehicle earnings over £2,400.00 per week.

AND Night-out allowance of £25 per night.
