Job description

Location: Staffordshire WS7 3GJ
Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week
Salary: £33,303.00 - £35,643.00

Additional Compensation: £13.95 (£17.81 Overtime) or Non-ADR £12.95 (£16.51 Overtime)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07.00 - 17.00, Burntwood, WS7 3GJ

Qualifications: UK Class 1 – Category CE Driving Licence, Current DCPC Card, Digital Tachograph Driver Card, ADR qualification (preferred but not essential with funded training)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Perform multi-drop deliveries and collections within designated areas.
2. Build and maintain customer relationships as the face of Freightroute.
3. Load and unload vehicles, ensuring load security and proper fit.
4. Complete daily vehicle checks using company devices.
5. Communicate regularly with the transport team to update on progress and manage customer expectations.
6. Maintain professional driving standards and adhere to legal requirements.

Role Requirements:

1. UK Class 1 – Category CE Driving Licence.
2. Current DCPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
