Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking an experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV driver for a temporary, full-time position in Goole (DN14). The role involves multi-drop deliveries and requires pre- and post-shift vehicle checks, with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Shifts start at 04:00, 06:00, or 11:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Temp-to-perm opportunity available for the right candidate; prior Class 1 experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving experience required.
• CPC qualification required.
• Digital tachograph operation knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete Class 1 multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after each shift.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and safely.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Follow all road transport legislation and health and safety procedures.
