Job summary

Romac Logistics Ltd. in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Class 1 driver to join our growing operation. You will perform trunking between depots and RDCs, complete vehicle checks and paperwork, and adhere to driver hours and WTD regulations.

Self-tipping may be required, with some self-tip deliveries. We offer full training, a supportive team, progression opportunities, and a pension plus holiday allowance.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
• Strong work ethic, timekeeping, and reliability
• Experience with refrigerated or RDC work is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Self-tipping will be required.
• Class 1 trunking work between depots and RDCs
• Completion of vehicle checks and transport paperwork
• Compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Some self-tip deliveries where required
• Safe and professional operation at all times
