Job summary

Proman UK, acting as an Employment Business, is recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV/C+E drivers for our client in Rochdale. This role covers curtain sider and box unit deliveries with trunking work, on a days and nights shift pattern, averaging 10–13 hours per shift.

Ongoing work with immediate start, Monday–Friday availability, and the opportunity to gain steady hours with holiday pay included.

Qualifications

• Class 1/C+E licence required.
• Max 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/TT/IN endorsements).
• Valid Tachograph & CPC cards.
• Minimum 12 months continuous driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate curtain sider and box unit trailers.
• Carry out trunking work and related loading/unloading tasks.
• Support days and nights shifts with long hours (10–13).

Proman UK, acting as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV / LGV C+E Drivers for our client based in ROCHDALE.

Job Details

• Curtain Siders and Box Units
• Clean trunking work
• Days and Nights available
• Average Shift length: 10-13 hours
• Some level of manual handling might be required on Days.

Pay Rates forClass 1 Driver (PAYE)

Days:

• Weekdays - £15.50 per hour + holiday pay (£17.37 including holiday pay)

Nights:

• Weekdays - £16.50 per hour + holiday pay (18.49 including holiday pay)

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 / C+E Licence
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/TT/IN endorsements)
• Valid Tachograph & CPC cards
• Minimum 12 months continuous driving experience
