LV Logistics has an exciting opportunity for a Class 1 Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary.

Salary

• £14.41/hour basic, guaranteed 50 hours
• £18.84/hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays, with guaranteed minimum hours

Key Responsibilities

• Collections and deliveries across the UK in a 44-tonne articulated vehicle
• Follow specific job instructions and complete relevant paperwork
• Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with Health & Safety, Vehicle, and Tachograph legislation

Candidate Requirements

• HGV Class 1 Licence
• Full Driver CPC
• Previous experience is not essential; we are looking for the right person to join our team
• Willingness to ‘tramp’ and stay out overnight when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ambitious, organized, and driven
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Work typically Monday to Friday, with occasional optional weekend work
• ADR licence is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided
