About The Role

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently recruitingexperienced Class 1 Day Drivers(LGV C+E) for a number of reputable logistics contracts based inTrafford Park. This role is ideal for drivers looking forongoing full-time workorflexible ad-hoc day shifts, withconsistent start timesandmodern vehicles.

This is a great opportunity to secure regular day work with excellent pay and long-term potential.

Job Details

• HGV Class 1 (C+E)day driving roles only
• Range of work includingtrunking, RDC/store deliveries, and general haulage
• Mixture of local and regional runs
• 12 drops per shift on average
• Clean, modern fleet and well-planned routes
• Immediate starts available
  
  

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Day Shifts:£15.50 per hour
• Holiday Pay Inclusive Rate:£17.37 per hour
• Overtime and premium rates may apply depending on client assignment
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience(essential)
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, IN endorsements)
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
