Job description

Job Title: Class 1 Driver – Immediate Start – Day and Night Shifts Available

Pure Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 1 Driver in Magor, Caldicot.

Pay Rates:

• Days (Monday to Friday): £16.50 per hour
• Nights (Monday to Friday): £19.25 per hour
• Saturday: £20 per hour

Please note, the above rates do not include holiday pay, which is paid separately when you book annual leave.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

Note: No Limited Company Contractors accepted.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completing trunk runs to stores/RDCs
• Shifts typically last 10-12 hours
• Performing daily vehicle checks
• Dealing professionally with customers
• Completing an assessment before starting work
• Wearing the correct PPE (safety boots and hi-vis)

Shift Times:

Start times between 04:30 and 06:00 for day shifts.

Start times between 14:00 and 18:00 for night shifts.
