Winner Recruitment Ltd is recruiting newly qualified HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers in Rugby. The programme offers structured training and assessment, helping you gain valuable experience and progress into ongoing Class 1 work with a leading logistics partner.

You can benefit from weekly pay, a Christmas uplift, and flexible shift patterns. No prior Class 1 experience is required, and training support is provided to get you started.
